1999 4runner Key Will Not Lock Doors

Took to dealer for this problem and engine ck lite issue.

1999 4runner key will not lock doors. It is not the door lock module whatever that may be. 1999 toyota 4runner 5 out of 5 stars. At same time the dash switch to activate rear hatch window is not working. Key cylinder rotates and pulls on the cables to unlock or lock the door.

Key fob battery has been replaced still no fix. Get in and lock the doors with the power door lock 2. I just paid 108 to my dealer for them to diagnose the problem although that is what i thought it was to begin with. It is the fuse block that needs to be replaced.
