1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Passenger Door Lock Problems

Remove the rear door panels and check for power to the lock actuators while locking unlocking.

I have a 1998 jeep cherokee 4x4 and my door lock button does not work on the passenger or drivers side. If the right front door locks and unlocks there is output from the passenger door module the rear and right front are on the same circuit.

Passenger door lock makes a ticking noise when i push the door lock on drivers door. Anyways i have to dismantle the dash again to find the dead short. So then i disconnected the harnesses and plug them back in and that was not the problem. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don t.

Checked all doors last evening no luck. I have already tried taking off the door panel and checking the harnesses for corrosion.
